What access do you need to our systems?
Read-only SQL access to your ERP database, or API access if your ERP provides one. We never need write permissions.
How does data get from our ERP to SIOP360?
Secure, encrypted connections over HTTPS. We support direct database connections, API integrations, and secure file transfers depending on your ERP.
What happens if we need to disconnect?
You can revoke access at any time by removing the credentials. Your data can be removed from our systems upon request.
Who at SIOP360 can see our data?
